Yes. Every caregiver on our team is fully bonded, insured, and covered by workers' compensation. This protects your family from any liability while a caregiver is working in your home.
We maintain a backup roster of qualified caregivers. If your regular caregiver is sick or unavailable, our scheduling team will contact you immediately and arrange for an eligible substitute to cover the shift seamlessly.
Absolutely. Care plans are highly flexible. If your needs change, you can adjust hours or days with advance notice. Additionally, if you feel the caregiver matched with your family isn't the perfect personality fit, let us know and we will transition a new caregiver to your home.
Yes, we typically require a minimum of 4 consecutive hours per visit. This ensures we can attract and retain high-quality caregivers who can provide meaningful, dedicated support during their shift. We can, however, make arrangements for shorter shifts if that better meets your family’s needs.
We can work with patients on Medicaid as well as private pay. Private pay may be paid via check or Venmo at this time.
